Job role:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to join our super cool Tech Team at CleverGround. You will be working towards making our product sound and bug-free. We iterate features fast here and build them faster. You will play a very vital role in company’s product development process. Key Responsibilities:- You will be designing and implementing tests, debugging and making corrective actions.
- You will be creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- You will be the point of communication between design team, product team, dev team and support team.
- You will be expected to step up from your role and own the end to end quality of the product
- You will be strategising testing of various components and writing test plans
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with automation, performance and/or security testing is a plus
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Strong algorithmic thinking
- Seamless Collaboration with Mobile and Web Development team
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures

- Teachers and students interact live for over 30 million hours using our conferencing solution generating 4-petabyte data every month
- This scale could not be handled by any off-the-shelf solution, so we built our own implementation of video conferencing starting from WebRTC implementation to QOS based bandwidth control RFCs
- This is just one of the many things we are building from scratch: live whiteboard, live annotations, hand raise, etc
- 1,000 machines on the cloud churn out the class recordings that are available to students to run through 24×7
- 7. 60 Million events and 5 million notifications are sent every day between android/ios/web devices and our servers
